Christmas Times

I can't believe how fast this years went, its gone so quickly. I remember when I was little I always wanted the year tó go faster but not it's the opposite. This year I'm also more excited about the presents I'm giving than the ones I'm getting. I've got a feeling that this christmas and new year is going to be a good one, not just because it's the first year that I'll be drinking but the first that I that I've actually appreciated properly.

I've been watching the latest smallville season and I'm a bit dissapointed that I've to wait until January 26th to see the next one. I think 2011 is going to be a good year for films as theres quite a few good ones coming out.

Decisions, Decisions

Right now I'm getting mixed feelings about my course and career choice. Im struggling to cope this year with all the work and failing is a major worry. Though that worry is usually what pulls me through. I feel like ive came so far to turn back and change direction and would feel like I've let myself down.

I do enjoy computing but sometimes i just cant be arsed and lately thats been quite a lot. I think its maybe to do with the fact that we only get one day tutoring time and the rest we can't really come in to college except for tuesday as the classes are all full booked due to the refurbishent. I would rather be in college five days a week as I find it extremely difficult to study at home as its a total different atmosphere.

I think doing the computing course when I came home from sweden was the right thing to do as I was feeling depressed about my grades and wanted something easy and something I could enjoy.

For a while now, I've been thinking I'd like to do history as I am really interested in it and was really good at it at school. The only thing is, is that I am so scared to change direction as what if it all went wrong and didn't work out? I don't want to be the person who works in a supermarket all their lives, I want a job that I enjoy and I'm good at.

I don't know, for just now I think I'm just going to keep working at it and see where it leads me.

Half a but cheek each!

Last night I was at MBFs House party for his birthday and it was one of the most amazin times ive had in my life. I met some awesome new people and got to hang with friends. Loved the banter between me n kirsty, was just hilarious :D "Wettin my cucumber" "Half a but cheek each" lmao. Had a good dance with one of my best friends Rachel and learnt a new dance to We speak no Americano. Sometimes I feel like,life would be so much better if it was one big party as ud have no worries and things to stress over, is that wierd?

Im goin to see the latest Harry Potter on Friday with Katie, Rachel and Jess and It's going to be amazing and I can't wait. Then on Saturday I'm going to see Paramore with gemma which will be awesome as Itll be my first concert.

Right im away to watch Smallville and then off to bed :)

Weekend Madness

Ive changed over the last few months and I'm kind of liking it as I'm more confident in myself and I like the way I can just let all the stress of the week be forgotten for a little while. Though im still into the studying, the worry that im going to fail still hasnt left me.

Anyways, the first installment of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows comes out next month and I'm already gettin excited as one itll be frickin amazin and two hopefully I'll be watchin it with my best friends :D

I bought Just Dance 2 and WOW what a workout, much improved from the original. I'm thinkin of startin to jog/run everyday or when possible as I want to get in shape. Anyone want to join?

It seems that im looking forward to the weekends more and more now, its kind of scary for me, though im loving the fact I actually have a social life now! Not meaning to go all smushy but I love my friends and wouldnt know what id do without them.

God, i cant believe im actually wanting to watch soaps more and more, what am i turning in to?

Right im off to bed, as Im going for a walk with Kyle Pirie and Gemma Cowie in the morning.

Ill be moving house soon from my grans to my familys again which im not sure how its going to be living with my family again but im looking forward to it and at the same time it feels wierd.

Last night was a bit of an adventure, we ended up down at the bala and this totally pished guy came out and said he loved my jeans but he wouldnt wear them as he'd get battered by everyone, I wasnt sure whether to take that as a comment or not and apparently he thought i was gay.

I'm off to work with my favourite auntie which will be a laugh.

hey hows it going? i went to see the latest twilight film, eclipse and it was frickin brilliant. I cant wait for the next two to come out. I was just thinkin what power id like to have and I think id like to be able to hop into books, films or tv series. Is that geeky or what?

I saw the trailer for the new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie which is out in November and it made me scream with anticipation and not in the literal sense.

Lately it feels as if ive never stopped working, as ive been covering someones shifts but ohh well, all the more money for me.

Today I had my first formal day at work and I really enjoyed it, is that wierd? Although I'm now nackered since I had to get up at 5.15am and the funny thing is, is that I went up to college after work and was nearly falling asleep at the computer.

I watched the latest Smallville and Legend of the Seeker. They were both brilliant, I can't wait for next weeks Legend of the Seeker, it looks like its going to be a nail biter.

I had my prelim today, which I didn't think went very well but it could just be me worrying over nothing. Some people just amaze me how thick skulled they can be and think they know everything.

Jobs, Jobs and Jobs

Ive finally got a job up at the Coop on Smiddy Hill in Fraserburgh. Im really happy and can't wait to start. Might be a bit daunting at the start but im up for a challenge.

Today I had to present my manifesto for the student elections as I'm running for communications officer. I was unanimously voted in as Communications Officer.

Well it just goes to show that there are some nice people in this world as i was called a poof today at college and these other students stuck up for me which was nice since i usually just ignore all the "bombs that seem to find there way to me".

Tonight im off to judo and will probrably end up sore all over as I havent done it in a while. To top it off Ive got a prelim tommorow so I'm hoping its not to sore.

One good thing though is that my mum, and two og my little brothers are coming tommorow and I can't wait.

Sore ankles and Greek myths

I went to see Clash of the titans and I love you Phillip Morris with Dean. Both were excellent with Clash of the Titans keeping you on the edge of your seat in suspense and I love you Phillip Morris almost leaving you with a tear in your eye whilst laughing at Jim Carrey’s usual comedic brilliance.

Yesterday I went into Aberdeen with Dean to see How to train your dragon and Avatar. In between films I went to Topman in the Bonnacord Centre and found these.

Got a hair cut

I got my hair cut and I'm pretty happy with it.

Had quite a boring day spent most of it studying and playing Avatar on the wii. Strange combination eh.

My mum got a letter in from SAAS asking if she could send some documents over so that they could finalise the claim, considering its been 7 month since I got my first payment of an insulting £6 a month, I should really say to them to stick it up there arse.

I've decided that if I pass my exams and I get an A, I'm going to treat myself to an Iphone. I did my Cisco CCNA Chapter 9 Assessment today and got 79.1%, which is not what i wanted but at least its a pass.

Perdition

Just watched the latest and episode of The Legend of the Seeker. Although they have veered away from the book storyline a bit, it still is absolutely brilliant. I love the way the characters compliment each other and how it is all set out especially the fight scenes. There was a scene where Sister Nicci threw a dacra at Kahlan, The Mother Confessor but Cara runs in and manages to deflect the dacra and sent it flying back towards Sister Nicci. I loved this scene as it was brilliant and clever. I can't wait to see whats instore next.

My god am I a geek or what but ohh well.

Movie Night

Tonight I'm having a movie night down at my best friends house and I really can't wait. I kind of need to get a social life again since all I do is sit and watch DVDS it seems and ats a bit sad for a guy at my age to be in on a friday and saturday night. Hopefully this will change in the near future.

Avatar

The Avatar game for the nintendo wii arived today, played a bit and it looks excellent so far.

Got a surprise when gran handed me the newspaper and there was my photo that i had taken along with my name. I emailed them three months ago with some photos but it was worth the wait as I had actually totally forgotten about it.

I did my cisco chapter 8 assessment and got 88.6%, well pleased. I have decided that Im going to do the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician exams as I want to get the most qualifications that I can get.

I think I might shave my hair off like i did two years ago as Im getting fed up of this long hair.

Ive sat most of the day typing up cisco notes on the OSI Physical Layer and I'm actually finding it quite interesting.

I bought the Avatar game for the Nintendo Wii since I bought it for the ipod and I enjoyed it then so finally decided to buy it. I got the email today saying that It had been dispatched. I also bought the soundtrack which is excellent, one of the best Ive heard, some of the tracks are just phenomenal.

My book arrived today so I'm excited to start reading it.

Long Afternoons

Today I had Exam Prep and it was planning we went over. We started talking about the actual exam and it started to freak me out. I really want to pass and Ive made it a goal to get an A.

I didn't really get anything substantial done today as I would have liked to finish typing up my cisco notes. I at least mae up my subnetting summary.

I think I'm going to buy some new jeans as I'm in dire need of some.

Im away to have supper, might write something after depending on whether I go to my dads.

Long time no see

Wow, it been a long time since ive written´anything here, mainly because of one reason but thats water off a ducks back.

I was sitting listening to my ipod today and I listen to quite a lot of soundtrack music. I love the way that when you listen to the music you can see what happened in the film/tv series at the time the music was playing and how it can build a reality of sense and emotion. Music like that it just beautiful. Sometimes it make me feel like I can fly but don't worry I'm not going to try a superman and jump off a building.
